This game is like a cult classic to me, I am a From stan and this may have climbed past some of Froms titles in my rankings. Really my only complaint is the voice acting is kind of wack other than that I loved it.

As far as comparing this to other Fromsoft games, I definitely enjoy this more than Dark Souls 2. Haven't played enough of Sekiro to form an opinion one way or another.

As for non-From soulslikes, this is easily the best one I've played, and yes, that includes Nioh 1 and 2.

I may be suffering recency bias for having just beat this but right now it's above DS2 and Demons Souls for me.

I've platted Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring, and Demons Souls. Beat Dark Souls 1, 2, and 3. This game and the original Salt and Sanctuary my favorite Souls Likes. Unless we count Hollow Knight which is also amazing.

I wouldn't count Hollow Knight, mainly cause it's a platformer. But Hollow Knight is >>> pretty much everything.

It's on my radar for sure I only got so much time

I bought it though. I have just played so many damn games this year it's fallen to the wayside. But I love metroidvanias so it's been on the radar, and 2 obviously.

I am legit excited about this game. I am going to be talking that shyt. I got Cowboy fan friends and even family members (we don't claim them though)

It's crazy how under the radar this game is. The 2nd Blashpemous improves on the first one in every single way.

Def not better than nioh 1 and 2 me and @FloorGeneral could give you 15 reasons why but I fukk with it heavy...

#1 reason it's not fukking with nioh is the combat...being able to dodge/roll should not be locked behind a skill tree...

#2 nioh has better weapons/better combos...you can carry more weapons/ranged weapons out the gate and again not locked behind a skill tree...more than half the weapons in lies of P are booty cheeks I only fukk with like 3...

#3 way better bosses..fukkin mezuki and gozuki are better bosses than pretty much every boss except KOP

#4 nioh's NG+ modes off way more different enemies they even give the older enemies new moves plus status effects they can put on you.

#5DLC I know Lies of P doesn't have DLC yet but if they ain't coming how nioh coming with their dlc new weapons New enemies new bosses new levels then their dlc won't fukk with nioh's either...

And my biggest gripe with the game lack of puppet bosses how this game based off Pinocchio and you don't even got a lot of puppet boss Opps ?

Nioh 2 is one of my favorite Souls games the combat alone puts it in a class by itself
