Nah definitely not by either of them. Maddow lacks the analytical skills (spare the Rhodes scholar bit) and is too sarcastic and condescending. Same with matthews. They try to make it appear as if they are making a strong point with their tone and that " are you serious!" type response.

The only cats that give hannity a run are moderate lite republicans like Gerardo. Geraldo might jump in that ass if he disagrees no matter who it is. He gave a few and took a few with bill orielly the other night

Maddow only looks good on paper but is far too condescending and is easily frustrated and loses her balance when challenged.

Liberals are stronger in the academic world, but by comparison, pound for pound on syndication radio and tv, I don't see anyone taking down limbaugh, hannity, levin, elder or orielly. Dobb's might get thrown in there too.
