LG Viper 4G LTE on Sprint?

Girl is getting this phone, anyone on here have it? She is upgrading from the OG EVO...able to get this LTE phone FREE with activation because of some workarounds by the GAWD

LG stated that it will get ICS, ships with Gingerbread tho

I wouldn't get an LG anything, honestly. I always assume those are the bottom of the totem pole in comparison to other phones that are supposed to be in its class.

that was the thing, its a free LTE phone...I mean how bad can the shyt be? It appears to be running an almost vanilla gingerbread...so I am assuming the same for the ICS update?


14 days to return, only got rid of the EVO because the shyt is status...speaker is all fukked up and everything.

At Sprint. I was just in the store taking the EVO back to try an get the SGS-III and they have some kind of 200 off deal going if you open up service. Also you know this weekend t-mob is giving phones away damn near.

Just got off the phone with Sprint, you need to sign up for some home phone service they offer ($19.99 a month) and you get $100 off any phone...thus making the iPhone 4 free. Not worth it IMO, iPhone is not even LTE ready. Props on the heads up tho.

its what I use all the time now, the phone itself is piff. I wish Sprint had an LTE Windows Phone in the pipeline, but it looks like it wont happen until Windows Phone 8.

AT&T on the other hand...

There are places where I go and my signal drops COMPLETELY. 4 Dropped calls in 1 month AND capped data. Nokia is known for making phones with great signal strength also so its definitely an AT&T issue.

I might cancel the contract in 5 months.
