Los Angeles
The original big 3 three hall of famers, complemented each other perfectly, a top 5 pg a lot of hype and all they could accomplish in this time was 1 ring (against a depleted LA team) :childplease:

fukk THE CELTICS

I hate BOS as much as anyone, but winning a title, going to two Finals & this yr's run was impressive. The only disappointment was KJ being hurt in 09 & BOS getting knocked out by bum ass ORL in the 2nd round. Other than that I think they should look back on this 5 yr stretch with pride & good memories :ehh:

Uncertain grounds
Yet they lost another NBA Finals in Game 7 (as a depleted team and had a lead late in the game), competed despite a terrible injury to Garnett, lost to the Heat with Rondo having a dislocated elbow, and nearly made it to the finals this year (despite being under .500 at the All Star Break). Most only saw them as having 3 years to compete, instead they competed for 5, and got a ring out of it.

While they were good enough to win more rings, they shouldn't feel like a disappointment because they didn't. Sometimes it just doesn't work out.

Lol @ using the "depleted" excuse when you could say the same about the Celtics when LA beat them

If you're an honest person you would attribute injuries to the celtics losing more than who they played.

2009 - KG out of the rest of the season would of won the finals this year

2010 - perk hurt early in game 6, would of won the finals this year.

2011 - rondo hurt in game 3 vs cheat, would of lost to bulls in ECF

2012 - EVERYONE injured had 3-2 lead on cheat, would of gave OKC a run for their money in the finals

You've lost it if you think the THunder weren't going to sweep the celts. Thunder would have been a terrible matchup for them.

You really don't know how the basketball works, do you? Heart of a champion? They only got so far as they did because the Heat played like complacent c*nts until it was too late. THunder do not have that problem. They would have gotten blown out in OKC and found a way to lose games 3 and 4.

WTF does heart of a champion mean, anyway? The Thunder have Fisher and Perkins, that's 6 rings total there. One could say that the THunder's have far more arterial valves in their metaphorical championship heart. Or one could NOT BE A fukkING CORNBALL AND NOT SAY STUPID shyt LIKE "HEART OF A CHAMPION"

the celtics are a proud veteran team. Usually it takes 7 games to knock them off unless key players aren't playing. They have the better coach, and their best players have played in the finals before. Thinking they would get swept is idiotic.
