besides getting sonned by his father and aang on a few occasions, zuko may have many l's, but vegeta's were much bigger. Off the top of my head

Zuko:

L's
sonned by his father
sonned by aang on more than one occasion
Azula mentally sonning ol boy
Saved katarra from azula's lightning attack

Win's:
Defeating azula(although she went insane)
Stood up for himself against his father
Sonned ol boy and his group of earth bending soldiers
Saved katarra from azula's lightning attack
Became firelord and brought peace to all the nations(with aang's help)
helped build republic city to maintain and foster said peace

Vegeta:

L's
Being manipulated by Frieza
Getting killed by frieza
Getting sonned by zarbon in the first fight
Getting his arm broken by android 18
being the last to transform into super saiyan
Allowing cell to transform to perfect form and getting sonned
