I've recently lost a lot of weight by eating right.and I love my body right now.

It ain't great but I'm in the best shape of my life.

Recently I've fallen in love with the gym, I really want to be in there 24/7.

I know I got the energy for it.

Will I fukk up my first gym session by going back a few hours later?

Honestly I'm thinking about going back in tonight and banging out 30 mins on the bike.

As long as your eating enough to support that lifestyle and not working the same muscle group directly...

I wouldn't lift twice a day...but thats just me.

There have been several days where I've done cardio at night after lifting in the morning. And playing ball at night after lifting in the AM is a regular occurrence.

Cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening.
Your body gets stronger when you rest so don't workout everyday. And lifting twice a day limits your workouts for the following days

Depends on what you are working on. Since I am a soccer player, I lift for an hour in the morning and then do intense cardio work out at night for over an hour.

Like others stated, cardio in the morning lift in the evening. If you want you could throw in a short cardio workout in the evening. You are going to have to really keep an eye out on your rest days tho and listen to your body. You should limit it to 3x week at first.

I generally have done twice a day, just because I work out during the afternoon, which is my "lunch". I have about 30-40 minutes to work with, since I have to allow for changing and showering. That gives me time to focus on my 5x5 lifting. Then I go to the gym later on with my seed, but then I'll do some auxiliary lifts and then finish up with cardio.

Don't listen to most fools here. All pro athletes train at least twice a day. Now your current level may not be that of a pro athlete, it just means you have to be mindful of your caloric intake to support your body and adequate hydration.

pro athletes also use cutting edge drugs(steroid like), have nutritionist plan their caloric intake, use sleep chambers to maximize rest etc...

The average joe isn't a professional athlete for a reason b. Muscles need a lot of rest in order to grow. That two a day steeze isn't for most people...
