Lets talk about Ice Cube's "Laugh Now Cry Later" album

I've been bumpin this for the past month and I gotta say, why doesn't anyone talk about this album?? Cube was spittin on this even had a good amount of political content on there as well. "Why we thugs", "Laugh now cry later", "Smoke some weed", "Stop snitchin", "Click Clack", "Doin what pose to do" all were

This is easily a 4.5 mic album, the last great album by cube

i wouldnt say 4.5 but to me it was a solid album lots of good songs...a good 3.5 mics, there was some filler

I actually bought this album when it came out. It was crackrocks. Def had filler but i enjoyed it much more than his Don Mega phase.

i agree with that, during his war n peace time it wasn't the cube that we were all fans of but when this came out, it was like "Ok cool, this is more like it"

Raw Footage was Cube's last great album.

In my opinion, Laugh Now, Cry Later was Cube proving he didn't fall off after getting heavy into movies. I always said Cube could make classics if he wanted to in response to people saying he fell off and he damn near did it.

I remember copping this when it dropped, definitely a solid 4 mic album. "Why We Thugs" was the joint for a while, even those Lil Jon joints were dope.

I also fukked with "Steal The Show" pretty heavy
