I can pretty much gurantee this match sucks with out even watching it. hulk hogan is easily the WORST WRESTLER EVER.

breh did you not read what i said about this match and vader in this thread? that was a damned good match..above average...hogan can wrestle..thats one of the biggest myth about him...in the US he doesn't need to be all technical because the crowd bought into the hulkamania gimmick and thats what got him paid..from time to time though he'd deviate from it and put his working boots on and you got a match from him that will have you like:ohhh::wtf::wow:...especially if he was in japan..hogan maybe a lot of things but worst wrestler ever he was not

fukk that hogan has 3 moves talk bout image over substance

Breh, 95 yokozuna would work for like ONE MINUTE and need a motherfukking REST HOLD with that shytty nerve pinch that bret and luger used to have to sell...he'd be sweating uncontrollably and be blown up after one fukking legdrop.

Its hard to describe how bad the end of yokozunas career was

He bowed down REAL hard tothe top 3 though...

That was only later in his career, and to be fair, he bowed down to them to be relevant on television. So, technically he played them.

But in all honesty, any man who wins world championships with bigger t*ts in the prime of his career than AJ Lee, deserves to be up there.

Yea Hogan just mailed it in depending on who he was wrestling. There are quite a few matches that he actually put on quite a few moves from a technical standpoint. The short "match" he had w/Bret on Nitro being one of them.

Vader is damn near the best big man wrestler of all time. His talent has always been known. What was mysterious was why the WWF didn't push him like a monster. Of course in the end, it all became obvious.

Breh, it's obvious why he wasn't pushed. He was a worldwide star that wasn't created by Vince McMahon. His style also didn't play well with the WWF style. When I think of Vader, I'll always remember Vader in WCW that had me shook as a kid...the guy who was powerbombing Cactus Jack on the regular, sonning Sting and dominating the heavyweight scene.

Hogan was the best at creating atmosphere and made something feel like a big deal the way he moved and paced his matches. His only flaw is the hulk up routine could get a little stale to end matches where if you have something you can hit at any point you can create more drama and better false finishes.

Compare that to a Jeff hardy who does fancy moves but the pacing is all off and you don't feel that epic feel in the match

Yeah this is what I was gonna say.

Hogan had the GOAT atmosphere in and leading up to his matches.
Maybe it sucks, but if anyone was in his shoes they wouldn't bust their ass to be trying to do technical mat wrestling when the crowd wants to pop for the hulkup+legdrop routine. :goatshrug:
