Stop it with the tit for tat stuff. What do you mean by "the tariffs argument"? There is no argument. It is what it is. If he implements tariffs in the way he proposed, it will, in theory, be bad for the economy. Tariffs have always existed. Trump initially imposed SOME tariffs on Chinese imports like steel, but they weren't across the board. No one has argued that SOME, keyword, SOME tariffs aren't good for the American economy. No one as far as I know has ever suggested that there cannot be absolutely any tariffs anywhere, at anytime, period. But an all out 10% tax on ALL imports? No matter the country? That's crazy.
