He's been too much of a face in peril since he came back for Mania last year, and he ain't that good at it tbh. The crowd isn't invested in the first half of his matches because they are too long and nothing interesting happens.
He's better suited for a back and forth style but his cardio probably limits him so we end up with matches that have 10 opening minutes that don't serve much of a purpose.
That said, Punk vs Rock II was good and probably his best match since he's back.

Surprised at how much of a damn near squash that was. Until the end Rock didn't mount any offense outside of punches. Even got Rock Bottomed onto a table
