I don't see how people can get clean using shower gel...the shower gel brands i have used still left grit on my skin. I always have to scrub super hard to get that dirt off after a summer day here in atl .

I use a "rag" (lol) first with unscented soap to clean myself, then I go over my body one time with a shower pouf & scented body wash so I can smell good.

Shower gels or any of those strong scented stuff with the beads fukk my skin up.

When you got sensitive skin and eczema that fancy stuff ain't an option.
