So check it...
As many members here I'm a hardcore arrow fan!
Arrow is pure awesomeness
But Flash is full of bad acting ya'll.... and then when emotional scenes come about they got the sad piano or wtv musical instrument with sad tones playing in the backround with lame acting in the foreground.
That emotional instrumental just highlights the bad acting, which is of course the opposite effect they were looking for.

Lately watching the Arrow forces you to watch the Flash, so in other words watching a dope TV show like Arrow is now forcing you to watch another TV show with lame acting.

So my question is.....
Should the intertwining continue? Or should they remain as completely different TV shows?

The Flash in the latest Arrow episode was amazing..... which means it's not the actors necessarily.
It's the flash team, so writers, cinematography and wtv else.

THoughts?

I don't blame the actors on both shows given I've seen them in other stuff and they seem very charismatic at Comic Cons and promo tours. Like others have said, its the feel by the showrunners and writers to have the superhero genre presented almost like a soap. Heroes and Smallville had the same problems. Its silly that they do, cause the comics allow for more nuance and really it feels like they are following dated comic book storylines. Hopefully both shows get an opportunity to devlop more and allow the actors to have more fun, cause action and plot wise they are fine for the most part.

plot wise it's not fine, arrow is fine not flash
On the very first friggin episode ALREADY so many people knew Flash's real identity..... already....
no storyline development just right away first episode all of star labs knew who he was and his foster father and arrow
That's ridiculous man
Remember the fantastic four movie? It's just one movie rather than many many tv shows where you have more time and in that movie they took their time to get their powers, that's good character development.
and they need to lay off the emotional backround music when someone is saying emotional stuff, that's not in arrow either.

I see what you are saying though, but what you are saying is pertinent to flash but not at all arrow
