Above the fray.
Nah, media and regular people put it out there to promote viewership.

That team won 3 rings, and Steph went on an all time run during that stretch.

During Tim Duncan's last 3 Finals, reporters said the same "legacy is on the line" bullshyt,

I have pointed out for years just how integral that Klay was to those GSW rings. The way the last 2 seasons played out, confirmed that.

If the so called best player can’t drag his team to the playoffs for a third straight year, then yea, his legacy will have to take a hit.

Only from idiots.

For the vast majority of sensible fans and experts, his legacy as a top 5 PG, arguably the greatest shooter of all time, first ballot HoF, and first unanimous MVP... All that is secure and hit proof.

Who said anything to the contrary about Klay not being an integral piece?

And here's the problem with this logic. They played the last two seasons without being able to use Klay's cap. The last two seasons would've played out differently if they would've been allowed to sign players in his absence that amounted to his contract as cover. It's not as simple as just missing Klay.
