Latin Paranormal Activity Coming

Paramount has begin moving forward with Paranormal Activity 5. Deadline reports that the studio will continue the Halloween tradition with an October 2013 release for the fifth entry. The fourth movie opened this weekend to $30.2, well below Paranormal Activity 3 but still very profitable considering the mere $5 million budget.

In addition, the studio is planning a spin-off, as yet untitled, featuring the demon from the franchise along with mostly Latino actors. The franchise reportedly has a "very sizable" audience among Latinos both domestic and abroad. Christopher Landon, who wrote Disturbia, will write and direct the spin-off which is aiming for a Spring 2013 release date.

I'll see them both 4 was a letdown

As much as PA4 was ass cheeks i'll still hold onto hope and see the next few entries. I cannot believe they didn't answer ANY questions in PA4. Being an optimistic i tend to want to believe 4 was a setup movie...ie the next one or two films will show what happened between 2 and 4 and actually start moving the plot forward. I also keep wondering how they keep finding ways to do the "camera recording" angle


EDIT: Btw read online where they made a PA2: Tokyo Nights movie back in 2010 and part of that movie apparently has a part showing why Katie might have been missing from PA2 to PA4. Looks like Toby and his demon friends might be posed to make a global takeover.

Exactly the other ones at least have you some story in the background bout the coven . This one the hunter story is kind of and the whole babysitting that weird ass kid I would never watch

You can but the stories are interconnected so you will miss out by doing that . Three you don't need to see the others and has some creepy stuff in more then the slow burn of 2 and 1
