But if that is your 5th meal you're going to get fat as fukk.. that meal is probably 500 calories

I'm trying to get to 200 pounds lean with 4percent body fat

I have till may to reach my goal

Today my breakfast was
Dry oat with milk and sttawberries and yogurt

Fruits for snacks

Chicken breast and salad for lunch

Berries for snack and water

Then I came home made the above meal

Just now came back from working out and drinking my protien shake

Rinse repeat for 90days

You got some decent balance there, breh...I honestly can't bulk because my body packs on fat too fast and my metabolism doesn't really kick unless I'm active I'm one of those people who has to do a cardio type warm up before my workouts.

It's mostly lean chicken breasts/fruits/salad for me...I eat dry honey nut cheerios for a snack because I realized I'm allergic to peanuts over the summer :bryan:
