His concerts are notorious and extremely popular. I'm going next time, I saw Stephanie Mills and Rachael Ferrell earlier this year. According to my friend and my father, everyone sings along to the songs and there's positive family reunion-type vibe. I don't think it really matters if he's hitting the notes or not.
