I haven't bought anyone anything of any matter in a very long time. last thing i can recall is a $100 ring for a female i was messing around with back in like '04-'05.

Every Friday on my way home from work, I stop by the Junior's in Grand Central Terminal to pick up a slice of cheesecake for my mom. Though sometimes she gives it away to my sister.
I usually visit her on Fridays for a few hours, then make my way home.

So that's probably the last thing I bought a woman.
