I used to have 18 units in Reading, PA. I hated dealing with that shyt. One time went to collect past due rent, found the apartment trashed to all hell, dog chewed half the flooring up, holes in the walls, cabinets hanging off the hinges. etc. Cost me $6,000 in repairs :damn:

This woman was obviously a hoarder, but it's not uncommon for renters to trash the place they're renting. Even if you didn't care about the building itself because you didn't own it, I don't see how you can trash the place that you are living in.

Did you make a net profit off of them, and how much did they cost altogether....

We had them for about 2 years, the rent we collected covered the mortgages for the buildings and our own house in Philly. But then heating costs went up and we're getting hit with outrageous oil bills :merchant: After selling off, paying off the business debts and our own personal stuff, we pretty much broke even. :manny:
