Lamborghini has released preliminary production specifications for the Sesto Elemento supercar through the official Audi magazine. The automaker claims that the car could accelerate from zero to 60mph in 2.5 secs. It is almost an exact replica of the concept car that was first presented in the 2010 Paris Motor Show. But there are two major differences. First of all, the car will be stiffer than the concept. Secondly, it will be safer. It is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 turning all four wheels via a six-speed automated manual, which is the same powertrain used by a Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera. It has an output of 562 hp and 398 lb-ft or torque and has a weight of just 2,200 lbs. Sadly, the Sesto Elemento wont be street legal. Lamborghini decided to make it a track-only car so that it can stay as near as possible to the concept. Only 20 units will be built.
