Blah blah blah nikka. Porzingis was viewed as the yearly overhyped euro pick before he actually had a chance to show he could ball. The tools were there but no one thought he had the mental makeup that you need to make it in the nba. Most of those overhyped euro players end up being soft and bust

at this point there's no point in continuing this debate. I've said I thought very early he would be specifically good. Most of the euros are soft and don't have the mental make up, the frame or experience culture shock. I thought those would be issues for him until I saw better footage that allowed me to see his frame better and how he moved.
I said he has been an obvious pick for me but you're all arguing around that point cause you can't disprove that he was indeed an obvious pick for me. instead is how he was perceived and generalizations. Yet you all agree he is good now. Why is it inconceivable I thought he'd be a gem before he got drafted? why is it inconceivable I thought id rather have him that russell

to be honest at the time I never paid attention to the draft that much but I really really liked Michael Beasley. I hadnt had a chance to see rose but my boy would tell me about him. Since I got disaapointed in Beasley I revised my stance on the undersized power forwards and talented players who just aren't motivated. I got more interested in prototypical players with little holes who can play both sides of the ball for a championship team.
Since Beasley many of the tweener forwards have failed and I was perplexed why they keep picking them. I guess I'm looking at Randall to see if he succeeds because he fits that mold ( but he's more a true power forward) also draymond is succeeding so the style of play is becoming more conducive to that type player
So yeah I was very high in Beasley but I was wrong
