Without the injuries he was going to be a 22/12 type player and this is with many saying he didn't care about the game. The talent was obvious and he had nuanced post moves to be so young. He should have been dominating at least until 2 or 3 years ago if his body would have held up and he wanted to play that long.

Bynum was that dude :wow:

He was with us from the post Shaq years all the way to the back to backs, and he was on an upward trajectory before his body just gave up on him. I'll never forget him getting benched by Phil after taking a 3 :dead:

I wanna take y'all back to Jan 08...a few wks before the Gasol trade

A light bulb went off with Bynum and he was DOMINATING...I mean absurd stat lines & overall impact...skilled footwork, power, touch

And then he got hurt...we traded for Gasol, and the rest is history

Ppl forget, we were the #1 seed the game Bynum got hurt, and before we traded for Gasol

In terms of overall talent, I'd rank him #5 behind Cap, Shaq, Wilt, and Mikan

And we missed him in 08 Finals...we needed him in 09 to deal with Dwight and 10 to deal with KG, Sheed & Perk

He was the best center in the league at his peak . Had better footwork and post moves than Dwight . But he was too brittle

He wasnt much of a factor on the actual title teams (to be fair he was young and behind 2 other big men), but could've been a 25/12 guy starting in 2012 if he was healthy and worked hard.
