Ladies - what products can u buy for treating ingrown pubes?

Lady friend of mine went waxing, but she has curly hairs and a bunch of them are coming back ingrown. I tried to google some shyt, they're all saying to soak in warm water and do a warm compress, but I was wondering if there's any products I can buy to expedite this shyt so I can get back to my regularly scheduled programming/viewing.
