Ladies how important is a Man's Shoes to you?

Keyword SHOES not that shoe size stuff I always keep my shoe shine,sneakers fresh. I notice as time goes on women first glance at shoes more then anything.(Outside of mouthpiece,face etc).Im 30+ you ladies really giving men play off their shoes/sneakers?
