They don't, it's just trickery to make you believe they don't have it, they really do have the money, but they really don't want to pay you back. I ended up breaking a girl's arm in high school for not returning what she owed me (20 dollars). I've known their tricks since I was 14

She just moved for a new job and it was a last minute thing but it was a good career move so when she asked I was like ...why not
She said she'd return it by a certain date. My problem is how when that certain time comes up they dont avoid you but they just seem to just FORGET as in they never bring it up.
When i loan people money if you set a specific date to return my money i dont excpect to have to remind you by asking for it. You should man/woman up and be like "yo i got your money, how do i get it to you?
I have a good friend of mine. We used to date for a short while but we just cool the past ffew years. She's an OCD type like if she borrows money from youand said she'd give it to you on friday she will HUNT YU DOWN to give you your money Like straight up harass you until she finds you and return your money. THese other mofos ...and even family too. Thats why some of my fam call me Scroodge but these fukkas know why they aint getting shyt from me no more
