So this is the thing now?
It's like this era of rap is becoming the b*stard child of the late 90s rap rock movement.

I watched this after smoking a blunt and checking out that Travis Scott thread.
Who knew ICP was lowkey so influential?

I remember my buddy who lives in Bedstuy put me onto these cats and I didn't get it but damn how the fukk did these cats blow up to this point?

It's the 90's imagery of grunge music with none of the talent.

As long as white kids listen to hip-hop there will always be cats like this who exist and will eat good.

They like hip-hop, but love it when it looks more like them.

There's always certain artist I hear and think to myself "I bet KTT/Hypebeast loves this"

You can't tell me KTT ain't been had a thread on these dudes years ago

This is why Macklemore is done now.
These nikkas make cats like them and G-Eazy look corny.

Real talk.

I tagged you cause you know about the younger more poppin rappers online. But at my age I'm just wowed that the game has turned into this.

another bones clone who is nothing more than an imitation of 3 6 mafia.

i forgot who here said it but this no jumper soundcloud wave is straight juggalo rap re-branded over 808's and trap beats.

all these white kids moving on from hardcore punk to hip-hop. shyts disgusting. i'm ready for this wave to pass, but these kids so hopped up on lean and xans so this shyt seems like it's gonna be here for a while.

i'm starting to get jaded to this tbh. i've been listening to a lot of blues lately. muddy waters, bb king, t-bone walker, etc. and other shyt that just more interesting musically,

This is why rock is dead and why rap is bigger than rock now. The rock kids moving to rap. It went from crunk turn up to this.

this is the perfect time for black people to take back rock.

white people left that shyt for dead to allow the crows to feast on it's rotting carcass while they move on to shytty EDM.

it's just there for the taking, just like how we left techno and house in the dust for hip-hop / r&b while the europeans swooped in and re-branded it to a white audience.

soulful blues inspired psychedelic rock with a modern twist infused with black sociopolitical themes? :noah:
