Don't know why you're giving him the
face....I have a friend whose parents lived in New Zealand(Both are American) for the final 2 months of the pregnancy just so he could be born with Duel citizenship... After the birth, they flew right back to the US. The fact that he was born there doesn't really mean much outside of citizenship...
