The ENTIRE reason Kenya was sent there was because the West did not want to be accused of sending white people in to dictate terms to black hatiains.
The world literally went “woke/DEI/Intersectional”and it wasn’t enough to fix the situation in Haiti, so what do the Haiti gang supporters want?

Theres only so many options here. Haitis problems are spilling out across the Caribbean to the point where even Jamaica wanted to send a police force there.

Destabilize the country (kidnap its president, destroy its agro-industry, impoverish its workers) and once it falls into disorder, say that “we have to step in and handle their affairs”

Why don’t you start with eve eating the apple. We need more history. Even the africans kicking out French and British troops to bring in Russian mercenaries are still fighting…rebel islamists. Everyone still has the same enemy.
