As I have aged I have realized how CACs have designed the system and exploited some of the same loopholes they used to get ahead in life. A lot of nikkas won't comprehend much of this post until it's too late. But thems the breaks:
Starting in the early 70s Older Boomer CACs began to realize that the America their parents grew up in would ultimately no longer exist by the time they reached prime age working years. It is important to understand that when I refer to these people it is a very specific yet major group that controls most of America even today to a certain degree:
The Predominantly Anglo-Saxon Upper-Middle Class CAC currently aged approximately age 60-67. Their children are Generation X aged roughly 40-47. Their grandchildren sit squarely in the middle of the Millennial generation aged 20-27.
It is critical you know pertinent details about your opponents. There are outliers but let's use these archetypes for now. Long story short: Gen X CACs are disgruntled with the fact that they don't have nearly the total net worth as their parents accumulated. They don't have as much debt as Millennials, but at the same time they are asset poor compared to their parents. They also entered the corporate workforce late and with barely any real job or management skills to think of. The average Gen X CAC is any frat "brah" in the 80s college movies. National Lampoon shyt. They are all misfits. They weren't raised with an ounce of discipline and rebelled largely because they felt worthless.
Now they are beginning to start assuming C-Level roles in Major corporations... And fukking shyt up - DISASTROUSLY. Look at Marissa Mayer. And while all this bullshyt is happening, older Millennials and younger Gen Xers aged 30-40 are killing it in markets creating profitable businesses, many of them funded by Boomer money.
This generational skip has caused a divide and unique circumstances where you have a CAC Boomer as Ceo, a CAC Gen Xer as upper management and largely non-White Millennials as lower level workers. Due to their poor upbringing and resentment towards the structures their parents created and they must adhere to out of sheer necessity they find themselves fully "out of their element" and feel threatened by younger more nimble, energetic Black and Latino Millennials that have willingly taken the Boomer approach to "short cuts" in the workplace to get ahead.
Gen X CACs feel outclassed and their existence is threatened, particularly since on average they only had one kid vs. their minority counterparts.
Boomer CACS don't give a fukk anymore. They know shyt is going to hell and they caused it. If you are interested in Part 2 I will post it upon request.
