I wonder how beneficial would a 205-style show for the women would be in terms of elevating the women's division, with their own writers. But they will probably screw it up like they've screwed up 205 live seeing as nobody really gives a fukk about it

Could be an even bigger draw if their matches are consistently booked well. The standard is much higher for women nowadays which is a good sign. Most recent women's match that I remember having me compelled was Asuka/Nikki Cross. Sasha/Alexa was very good aswell.
Think the main problem is booking and (to an extent) writing. They could possibly make the divisions bigger on both Raw and Smackdown, maybe add women's tag titles like TNA. But they have to make it matter IMO, and WWE at the moment seems to suck at making anything matter

P4P only Ibushi, Omega, Ricochet and maybe a couple of other guys are in her class athletically in wrestling today
