King T aka King Tee is one of the most overlooked emcees of all time

He's worked with Cube back when Cube was in his prime and didn't get up staged, he was one of the first artists to be on Dr. Dre's Aftermath label (back when Dre released that Aftermath compilation) and he even helped put on Tha Alkaholiks. He's one of the best emcees of all time

"At Your Own Risk" was one of my favorite joints when I was a kid. That was the first track I heard from him. The remix to "Dippin" was pretty much one of the songs for the soundtrack to my summer in '94.

Dude was crazily slept on.

But yeah, when he dropped Tha Triflin' Album and introduced Tha Alkaholiks he cemented his legend IMO. Then he drops IV and the song "super ******" with a rapping DJ Pooh and he was just the coolest thing going.

He's one of the great hip hop characters that don't seem to happen too much anymore.

I'd say Tha Triflin Album. It's likely held up the most. His first two are late 80s early 90s shyt.

"Tha Triflin Album" is a good start. But "Tha Triflin Album", "Act A Fool" and "At Your Own Risk" albums are my top 3 favorite albums by him. "IV Life" is a really good album too. He has a really great catalog in my opinion.
