Your not really looking. What your doing is your basing world opinion on what you see in your hood. With your friends. But your not basing this off of actual experience. Thats cool if you wanna bash something you don't have, people do it all the time.
But as a owner, I can tell you I'm glad with my purchase. And the games are really and truly FUN to play.
Its not a fad, its not going anywhere. The games are getting better and better.
Every game in the future will make use of it.. its a necessity now.
When 2k13 comes out. I'll be telling my defense to switch to a 2-3 and they'll do it on the fly.
You'll have to press right on your D-pad and then you'll have to press RB and then the right button if you wanna press... saves a few second.
You can image how much cooler it will be on my end.

i liked kinect for the voice commands in mass effect... beyond that, its for the women and kids.. out of the 15 or so games i've played, zero of them i would have paid money for..... EXCEPT when there are either kids, or women present. then you break it out on some impress them shyt, or occupy them shyt. but never am i sitting at home, looking through shoot em ups, sports games, adventure games, rpgs and stop and say, "oh boy, i'd love to get a few rounds of dance dance revolution in"
the closest i came was star wars. but then it got to be so repetitive and tiring that i could only play in 30 min stretches.
and please never bring up what an advertiser is telling you. "better with kinect" coming from people who want to sell me a kinect and a game, is not the advice i'd go on. i'd go on people who review things for a living.. who say kinect is a casual gamer thing... i'd go off people who have one.. which you agreed that most people "in our hoods" are saying they are collecting dust
took me forever to finally see that xbox is the better system. because of its fluid structure and the fact devs program for it easier, making better multiplats. but never in a million years can you post a link to angry birds and tell me this was ever about serious gaming

Your rant is nice, but lacks facts. fukk some lame lying about it collecting dust. I had the Kinect since jump, and all the people who said they got it, they play and played it. Only the one's w/out claim its collecting dust.
As for Angry Birds Kinect.. that sounds AWESOME. Big screen.. better graphics.. me moving my hand back... down a little for a better angle.. bwaaaaaaaah. I'm hyped.
