i'd say gon & killua. i'm watching on netflix and i'm up to the part where they're up against razor in dodgeball, and gon explains in dramatic fashion how only killua can hold the ball for him while to spikes it. it was hilariously sentimental and unexpected. I never knew a fukking dodgeball match could be so melodramatic until I saw this show

but these two have eachother's back, moreso than any duo i've seen in anime so far
