I don't think this is debatable, Killzone being 1080P/60fps with ALL THAT shyt going on graphically while Titanfall's devs are on some "framerate is king.." when asked about 1080p/60fps it sounds like compromises will be made for Titanfall. Plus the graphics for titanfall wasn't all that in the first place, everything just looked smooth.
