who's to say they kept walking? if anything they just got out of the street, i'm sure he didn't keep on walking like shyt didn't happen. and to be honest, that car wasn't even suppose to be driving like that. by the looks of the video that street is designed to be one lane. the guy driving is more to blame for the situation, not the father. granted, he should have looked both ways, but that car wasn't suppose to be trying to pass the traffic either...
