I'm going to check this out, I need to follow more kickboxing. I've watched a few fights here and there. The card looks good.
Spong is a little overhyped, he hasn't looked elite level since moving up in weight. His footwork isn't the same, he doesn't put his hands and legs together like he used to. He can lose this but i don't think he will. The difference here could be that Nathan hasn't fought top level guys as consistently.
The HW tournament, Gokhan Saki is my favorite fighter out right now. Verhoeven though has been looking good, he's found a style that makes use of his size, his footwork and choices are better than ever. Saki will have his hands full trying to land a clean shot on a mobile, much heavier and taller man.
Ghita i think will be too much for Silva. They should have given that spot to Zimmerman.

I think it's great that they made a deal with Spike, the more Kickboxing the better. Lion Fight Promotions are doing big things in Vegas.
I actually agree. He was a blown up heavyweight. He really did not look sharp in LW tournament. No way he should be dropped by a LW like Dutt. He has been sparring with Saki though in FL for this fight with Corbett so that may be good. The best fight I saw was his fight against Melvin manhoef. Dude had the combos going and was letting them hands go. He better be ready cuz Corbett is nasty and he already owns a win over spong ( although it was declared a no contest). For the HW Zimmerman's issue is he is never in shape and is very sloppy in his technique.Besides he lost to Rico Verhoeven so thats why he is not in the tournament. he needs to go to another gym and leave Glory. I think Saki will take it. He and Mike's gym are in Fl training with Blackzilians.

I know there's a big difference in mitts and a real match, but Corbett looks mean. I'm not gonna go against my dude Spong, but I hope it's a good fight.
Badr, I just dont know what his deal is. Dude has a trial date in october so he may be back in the pen in no time. police raided his crib in holland and they found Roids and some form of HGH there.
I cant wait for the Corbett v Spong fight. I wanna see a rematch with Illunga. Bad stoppage but still think Spong was gonna give him the bizness.
