I don't see a problem with 144-145...Neither one of them is a natural 147 pounder...
I think this is a fight Khan would be a fool not to take...It's a big fight that there is interest in and defeating AB would definitely strengthen his following which would be a big step in getting that bigger fight he's been begging for...If not with Floyd then definitely Pacquiao...
To add to that AB is the type of fighter who is tailor made for Khans physical skillset...AB is the smaller man, flat footed and takes punches...Khan like we all know is a fukking idiot though...He's the type to try and brawl with AB and get KO so maybe that's why he's worried...Hence why he doesn't want to fight anybody who has power...
