From prowrestling.net:

I think one thing I saw from Ryback last night (vs Tensai at RAW) when did couldn’t do his finisher a couple of times; it’s nothing against him, he was put into that situation and he probably thought he could get him and he didn’t get him, but at the same time, no body is using that spear right now and they’re chanting ‘Goldberg’. To me, go with it. He could use the spear; no one else is using it. He could spear a big guy, it’s like anything else. I mean I used to use the big boot on Yoko(zuna), because there’s no way I could powerbomb him. I always had a secondary finished for a guy you just couldn’t physically put into it. I don’t think it took anything away from him cause the coverage on the announce was Tensai’s experience let him block those two attempts. But if he’d had the spear or a back-up, secondary thing already established, I think it would have helped him out. .”

I think that lariatt clothesline he does is Ryback's "spear" secondary finisher.

Maybe. He needs something he can go to with confidence, man. Failing twice like that looked bad.

Got the feeling there he was trying to make Vince happy.

To be fair I knew that was going to happen and Vince should have saw it comming as well. When he was able to lift Tensai's big ass on Smackdown with ease that should have been the end of it. But the WWE being the dumbasses as they are they wanted to recreate that moment again and you saw what happened... Ryback got exposed for not being able to do his finisher on everyone. Ryback being an invincible monster that can do anything is now done, he can never go back to that.

I actually agree with Kevin Nash.... I can't believe it.

It would be really funny to see a match where a smarky crowd is blasting the Goldberg chants at him.

Ryback looks around as his prey gets up, smirks, and proceeds to rock him with a crazy spear. The sudden ribbing turn pop would be hilarious.

I prefer he finds another move, the spear is getting tired now.

he should use the stunner (wonder how ppl would react to this) or a submission move.
Carrying show and henry around is impossible.

He was using a nice clothesline as part of Nexus, he can go back to that. Get some pointers from JBL on how to make it super stiff and it's a go. WWE was too busy trying to overdo his feats of strength and it fukked him over.

Honestly, I don't really like the Ryback character though. He showed a lot more personality as Skip "Yep Yep, what it do" Sheffield.

Nash is 100% correct.... Ryback used the spear as Sheffield a couple of times and it was very good.... I feel like I'm the only one that remembers it, but I've been wanting him to do it as a finisher since I first saw it.... the marching band shyt is not that great to me even when he hits it perfectly. . Nothing about a modified Samoan Drop screams intensity ..
