Stop it.
Cena was already over as a heel long before he started winning all the time. THEN he made a face turn and became the flagship of the company, at which point the smarks jumped ship and the kids got on. But let's not pretend like his entire career is manufactured.
You mean the first dude to be put on when the brand split era started and didn't get any reaction till he got that rap heel thing going on?

Fine, it wasn't. But you can stop acting like Sting was just some puppet who was a product of great writers when he has always had great matches, feuds, gimmicks and was a fantastic draw and completely over when he was riddled with shytty booking and writing for most of it. Seriously the best writing he got was the lead up to Starrcade '97, and out of all the old WCW heads he was the one who survived, well him and Flair.
Rock N' Roll keeps guys out for political reasons. What political reasons would possibly keep kid killer "in" on a recall vote yet Stink can't get anywhere close to the required percentage?
I was going for the fact that Hall Of Fames don't matter in the grand scheme of things, and I think you helped proved it.
Either way this shyt really doesn't matter. I think Sting's career doesn't just speak for itself but dismisses all these shallow criticisms by itself. I honestly don't get the Sting hate, especially for someone who didn't bury anyone awfully and wasn't an awful person backstage and has brought some of the best TV wrestling has ever gotten. But to each his own I guess
