I'm totally addicted to Kettlebell training since taking classes at my gym the past month. Love how it marries both cardio and strength training. It's the only type of training I foresee doing at home. I just ordered a 30 and 40 pound Kettlebell.

any good DVDs or training regimens I should follow? I have 25 more pounds to drop and I've been stuck at the 20 I've already lost since July.

I have a couple kettlebell iphone apps.

One is just called kettlebell, the other is kettlebell 360 -- neither are videos, but they both contain different workouts for different days/levels.

Sorry, but I can't really speak to how great either one is ... I generally just do swings, cleans, snatches, goblet squats, etc.

I'm not a fan but anything that gets people to enjoy working out and doing it more i'm all for though and just being active and eating right works no matter the activity

you can technically do the same type of workouts with actual dumbbells and I prefer to keep my cardio separate from my lifting but not everybody has the time and convenience to do that

the other issue is that you can't lift a kettleball to full extension like a dumbell try it, so its slightly inferior to dumbbells and bars

but if you want to lose 20lbs eat cleaner maybe less every week and 3 days a week of hard high intensity interval cardio followed by steady state and another 2-4 days of lfting a week

this dvd seems like a good mix of kettlebells high intensity cardio and the trx combine that with good eating and you should be straight breh
