This weekend took place the BET Hip-hop Awards in Atlanta, and while the show was marred with fights, as 50 puts it, what really went down: they gave out awards.
The show will air on October 9th but Kendrick Lamar took the stage of ATL's Tabernacle that same night announcing he won one of the most anticipated award, 'Lyricist of the Year' in front of no others than Jay Z, Nas, Kanye West, and J.Cole.
