don't get it twisted...if spiderman is in a movie marvel has anything to do with...he is the most important person...period. He is the kingpin of Marvel Comics no pun intended.I don't need these fukkbois to bury Spidey in a desperate effort to push this narrative of Iron Man/ Captain America being the face of Marvel

i kinda like the fact that the spidey, x-men, and avengers continuities are all separate.
imo they all work best on their own anyways.

Spidey is NEEDED for civil war. Anyone that says otherwise is kidding themselves.
The ONLY reason Iron man is the face of the MCU is cause they dont have the rights to Spidey. Spidey will ALWAYS be marvel's most popular superhero and if he's part of ANYTHING MCU he will have a very important role.

It will be a hit yes. It WONT be accurate though. But besides. Marvel KNOWS Spidey is a factor in civil war or they wouldn't be trying get a deal worked out for him right now.
Really it's a win win for Sony. Spidey is still in the limelight until ASM3 while Sony still gets to keep the rights. If this deal dont go through and spidey is off screen til 2018 Sony just might be the worst company in the world (Leave the most popular superhero off screen for 4 years while c list heroes getting solo movies breh)

Spidey is just too important/popular a character and would just steal the spotlight away from everybody else. The Avengers movies have enough characters squeezed in as it is, adding Spidey would pretty much guarantee that half the Avengers barely get to do anything.
So yeah, Spidey works best on his own.
