PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were sent home from the Smackdown side of the ongoing WWE European tour following last night's taping in Manchester, England.

There are conflicting stories as to why this has happened floating around but multiple sources within WWE have confirmed the pair were sent back to the United States today.


This isnt much to go by but there's a few people on twitter that said Owens and Zayn "went into business for themselves" on a couple of house shows and Owens was mean to fans":mjlol:

Kevin Owens is becoming one of my top 3 favorite current wrestler, he's old school, a real Heel that can wrassle.

And ever since Zayn turned heel I'm paying attention to him, His scientific wrestling shocked me I didn't know he was that good.

the WWE got what they asked for.
you wanted to make the proverbial best face of the late 2000's into a heel.
don't be surprised when he is paired with bestie how they will act.
those two must feel lik they fooled the world. Like literally, they had to take over roh after the raid and probably like we can do the same here.
next put these two who are the dark horse one of the best indie tag pairings all time back together and watch a sudden boom like roh had in tags. Then after they bump that up, you can keep them together or run the I hate my bff angle with these two. Yet the WWE may not simply because if the WWE knows their talent. They know these two can by war of attrition take over.
so, this is a byproduct of what would realistically take place regardless if it was a work or social dysfunction. This was to be expected, imo.

as these two together people forget how striking these two together are.
these two were always potentially the evil laurel and hardy. Glad to see it has begun.
