Based on the vagueness of the statement I would agree.

Gains worth duplicating, nah.

If you mean work all ur body parts once a week, on different days (therefore in the gym a few days a week) then you can maintain the gains you achieved going hard in the gym

Don't know about making new gains though :patrice:

my son is 15. he only strenght trains on Sunday. body is phenomenal.

two things though...he couldve gotten to that stage 3x faster by going 3x per week. also, his testosterone is on fire. for someone older, would take forever to see results training once a week.

flat out facts his Growth Hormone is likely also rapidly releasing pulses as well....Of course you can make gains with working out one time a week but it won't be optimal depending on fitness or overall health goals.
