anybody denying climate change is stupid, Climate changes naturally over the course of time. its natural.
If you are debating whether or not humans are accelerating climate change i can at least give you the benefit of the doubt. (we are though)
but to act like weather isn't different now is crazy. literally all you have to do is observe. shyt like this is enough proof?

I want beachfront property in Belize. I know it’s not wise because my daughters will not be able to enjoy it.

I guess I’ll go inland.

nah, just a random photo i found to help illustrate my point. but we have all literally seen a place go from being full of water to drought conditions in our lifetimes. Its something that happens all the time. There is a dried up lake i used to fish at as kid across town, but i don't have any before after photos of that online.

The U.S. should be importing Dutch engineers to start building large scale dikes and other flood management infrastructure. I was living in NYC during Sandy. If was fukking wild seeing how quickly shyt can fall apart.

so... does this mean global "warming" is misapplied?
Global warming was a terrible name PR wise. Ignorant people assumed it meant that weather would progessively get hotter and hotter everywhere.
But there is a butterfly effect. The weather gets hotter in one spot, winters get harsher and colder in another. And in yet another spot, the temp stays the same but they get less precipitation. etc etc
Had people who were getting 20 feet of snow in places were its usually tropical talking about, "i thought it was supposed to be global warming? I guess its all bs."
Should have just called it Climate Change from the start.
Now whenever you hear the term "Global Warming" is usually from anti climate change skeptics

This is the hottest year on record. As many of the previous 20 years have been.

The greenhouse effect is old and proven science. Theres no political will because in the end to effectively slow down climate change corporations and the general public would have to agree to live differently. The paradigm of growth would have to take a back seat. Its unlikely given the way we see the world going politically. Its in a lot of peoples best interests financially to ignore it, and even lie or convince themselves about it.

A lot of blame will be passed around once things get really bad.
