Let it go? He aided and abetted in a murder and he should be held accountable for it. They don't need a weapon, his own statements he’s made on Vlad, Art of Dialogue, and even in his book are enough to get him indicted.

He wasn't nervous in that clip.
He can’t “recant” any of his statements because everything he’s been saying aligns with what was said in his proffer agreement. Recanting opens the door for prosecution to use everything he said in that original audio confession against him.
