The photo is false, after the first photo with Amber he went on international TV and cried and then disappeared for a year and said he was never gonna do TV or radio again.

Then he came back trolling people on BBC, trolling photographers, shytting on cacs, had a daughter and is seen on instagram always happy, going on fakkit ass talk shows happy and smiling with his "talking to granny" voice. The fact that he doesn't wanna help paparazzi sell his photo is another thing or that his appearance is that serious face. The same way you rarely see Lagerfeld smiling.
