They don't have the votes to confirm a new justice so this whole conversation is pretty stupid. Manchin and Sinema are not democrats and will not do anything to help that party, all you would do is create an immediate spot for Trump to fill.

Clarence Thomas replaced Thurgood Marshall bruh. He will die in that chair. He’s definitely dirty enough to wait til Trump is sworn in to step down though.. I wouldn’t put it past him.
