Second things first, they used BLACK instead of "people of color" or "black and brown" as the base of discussion.
They focused on BLACK issues and BLACK experiences they had and still have. They touched on DEI and how valuable it can be for BLACK people. Keep in mind, this is corporate and a multinational company they're speaking to.
They candidly talked about how white people are still benefiting from institutional racism and that -- I didn't know this, it will take over 200 YEARS for black people to be on equal financial footing with cacs.
This shyt was fire.
