Here's what you do.

Buy a new copy of the game. Keep your receipt. Install it. return the new copy to Redbox. Use the Redbox copy to play the installed game if it will work well enough to let you boot.

In the ads that come out after Christmas the game will be on sale for $39.99-$49.99 more than likely. You then buy a second copy and take that second copy back with the receipt from the first copy you bought.

or you can just steal it. or you can go to Blockbuster and rent a copy then go to your car and swap with the Redbox copy then walk back in the store and say the copy they gave you was scratched and you noticed in the car.

it was some young cac who said for sure that there was no stratch on the disc and said i was trying to pull some slick shyt and he was gonna call the cops if i didnt leave the store

u could just turn it in and let the next person deal with it. if it comes back to you, deny that shyt. i had a similar situation, turned it in with no problems.
