Just moved to a new building I constantly hear my neighbor upstairs walking around

When I am in my place im usually just on my couch but I constantly hear this person walking around. what could they constantly be doing? sounds like they are walking around in boots or something too. I thought it was a woman because I hear r an b all the time but I am pretty sure its a gay man I saw him get off the elevator once. And it's not a rhythmic noise like he's fukking its like moving shyt around and walking around all the time.
